ASHLEY SMALLEY is the Founder of Smalley Consulting, a Human Resources consulting fi rm focused on building unity one team at a time through leadership and people development. Her passion is for people to enjoy their work because they enjoy the people with whom they work. She is a human resources professional, facilitator, keynote speaker, unity advocate, and lover of people. She speaks across the nation at businesses, service organizations, churches, and schools helping them build the skills they need to increase unity on their teams.

AUSTIN FRANKLIN is a litigation partner at Kelly Hart representing both corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mark T. Pittman and the Honorable Terry R. Means at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to joining Kelly Hart, Austin served on active duty as a member of the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Franklin has provided legal advice on various areas of law, including consumer protection, administrative law, family law, military law, and national security representation, and is an active member of several legal associations such as the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association (TCYLA), Tarrant County Bar Association, Texas Bar Foundation, and the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Courts.

MEREDITH W. KNUDSEN is a litigation partner at Kelly Hart, specializing in various litigation disputes in state and federal courts involving real estate, transportation, oil and gas, employment, aviation, and other matters. Prior to joining Kelly Hart, she worked as an associate at Reed Smith LLP in Washington, DC, and Houston, Texas.
With licenses in Texas and the District of Columbia, Ms. Knudsen has extensive experience advising clients, managing discovery processes, deposing key witnesses, and seeking summary judgments in state and federal courts. She earned her B.S. in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School.
